The need to recruit people and cultural leaders is growing. More and more business leaders want a serious partner to help them grow their organisation.

When we ask CEOs what do you expect from a People and Culture Manager, they say: to improve the culture and marketability of the organisation, to attract more employees, and to reduce staff turnover. But it’s hard to assess, says the CEO, because all organisations have similar goals and many candidates present similar experiences.

I am sharing a text published by AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, which proposes to measure 12 things that make an attractive employer image. For the CEO, this can be a primer on what to talk about with candidates for the position of People and Culture Manager in the company.
