Do you work exclusively with senior executives positions, or also with middle management?

What does your process look like from the first meeting to contract signing?

The process begins with a detailed business needs analysis and the definition of an ideal candidate profile. We then carry out a targeted search and assessment, presenting a longlist, followed by a shortlist within the agreed timeframe.

We organise candidate meetings, support evaluation and decision-making, and guide you through to the final selection. Throughout the process, you receive a clear proposal outlining each selection step, agreed timelines, and a transparent fee structure.

Do you search for candidates only in Lithuania, or also internationally?

We work with both local and international talent pools. Through our Agilium Worldwide Executive Search Group, we have access to senior executives across 30 countries.

Depending on the assignment, we conduct searches in Lithuania, the Baltic States, Scandinavia, and other European markets, ensuring access to the most relevant executive talent for each role.

How long does it take to select a manager from start to offer?

On average, the search and selection process takes 6–10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and current market conditions. At the outset, we provide a clearly defined process with agreed timelines, so clients know what to expect at each stage.

How involved is the client in the selection process?

Our role is to reduce the burden on management, so we take responsibility for the majority of the process. Client involvement is typically required at three key decision points only.

Active input is essential at the start to define expectations, the ideal candidate profile, and the challenges the role should address. From there, we manage the process end to end, ensuring efficiency and involving the client only at the most important decision stages.
