The company operates modern production facilities, exports to dozens of countries, and is guided by principles of efficiency, sustainability, and quality. The organization is now seeking an Independent Board Member to contribute strategic insight and strengthen corporate governance during its next phase of transformation and growth.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

General qualifications

• Higher university education (Master’s degree or equivalent).
• Full legal capacity to hold corporate or board-level positions.
• Not dismissed from any company’s management or supervisory body within the past five years for improper performance of duties.
• Impeccable professional reputation.
• No personal or professional connections that could create conflicts of interest while serving on the Board.

Professional Experience and Competencies

1. Executive leadership experience

• • At least 5 years in CEO or senior executive positions.
  • Experience in manufacturing organizations, preferably in the food industry or frozen product production, is a strong advantage.

2. Production process management and optimization

• • Proven experience in managing production processes, including planning, technological improvements, and cost control.
  • Track record of implementing efficiency, productivity, and quality improvement measures.
  • Experience with LEAN, KAIZEN or other continuous improvement methodologies would be an asset.

3. Administrative efficiency and organizational optimization

• • Experience in improving administrative performance and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Ability to redesign management structures and streamline operational processes.

4. Digitalization and innovation

• • Experience introducing digital transformation solutions in manufacturing and administration (ERP systems, supply chain, data analytics, or process automation).

5. Strategic planning and transformation leadership

• • Experience in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and change management.
  • Proven record in initiating and implementing investment projects related to production modernization or process restructuring.

6. Governance competence

• • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.
  • Previous participation in management boards or supervisory bodies is an advantage.

7. Leadership and collaboration

• • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders — from shareholders to employees.
