We are looking for an HR Director to join the team at „Linas Agro“
Linas Agro is one of the largest agribusiness companies in Lithuania, with more than 30 years of experience trading agricultural commodities on the international market and providing agricultural products and services to farmers. The company covers the entire value chain—from seed sales to grain procurement—and is committed to building a sustainable and competitive agricultural sector in Lithuania.
Key Responsibilities
- Define priority directions for HR management, talent attraction, and employee development, and ensure their successful implementation;
- Review and improve existing HR management processes and introduce new ones;
- Shape long-term strategies for talent management, inclusion, leadership, and employee empowerment;
- Ensure the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a competitive and fair compensation policy;
- Initiate and implement innovations in HR management, including the application of AI and digital solutions;
- Ensure effective management of the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance evaluation, and retention;
- Develop the employer brand and strengthen the organization’s attractiveness to talent (e.g., cooperation with universities, participation in career days, and other initiatives);
- Build and maintain social dialogue with employee representatives;
- Advise teams on HR-related matters, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices;
- Ensure that employee development solutions are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
What We Expect
- A results-oriented mindset, prioritizing outcomes over process formalities;
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Director role within a manufacturing or trading company (trading sector experience is considered an advantage);
- Experience implementing complex transformation, people, and culture projects;
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and fast-changing environment;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance diverse interests;
- Critical thinking, emotional resilience, and the ability to identify and activate opportunities;
- Openness to innovation and interest in AI and technology applications in HR;
- University degree;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Compensation
Monthly salary starting from €7,000 gross.
