Master Class Lithuania provides senior and mid-level executive and independent board search services to Lithuanian and foreign capital companies.
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Vilnius to contribute to:
- Implementation of search and selection projects
- Labour market analyses
- “organising and conducting headhunting
- Testing and assessment of candidates
- Collecting references on candidates
- Smooth communication with candidates, staff and clients
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, B2B customer service, sales or similar;
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Responsibility, ethics, confidentiality
