Open Position: Head of Data
Are you passionate about turning data into a strategic advantage? We are looking for an experienced Head of Data to lead the development of our data strategy, governance framework, and analytics capabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and business teams to build a scalable data ecosystem, drive data-driven decision-making, and unlock value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement the organization’s data strategy, governance framework, and data platform.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, accessibility, security, and compliance.
• Lead the development of Data Warehouse and analytics capabilities.
• Promote self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Drive data governance initiatives and organizational change related to data management.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to maximize the value of data.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data team.
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, BI, or data governance, including leadership experience.
• Proven track record in developing data platforms, governance processes, or analytics capabilities.
• Experience with Data Warehouse, BI solutions, and modern data technologies.
• Strong understanding of data quality, security, and governance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in B2C or data-intensive environments is an advantage.
