We shared insights on the labour market with 400 Swedbank employees

Swedbank Lithuania has a wonderful tradition of regularly inviting various experts to share their experience and insights with the bank’s employees. This time Laura Duksaite-Iškauskienė had a special honour to be part of this initiative and share her knowledge and insights. According to Laura, this was one of the largest audiences she has ever spoken to – as many as 400 employees from one company joined to listen to her presentation.

During the presentation, we discussed today’s ever-changing labour market and the steps we need to take to stay competitive and relevant in today’s business world. We talked about the skills that are currently highly valued and how important it is to develop them in order to adapt to new challenges and changes.

In particular, we focused on what to learn and what to give up in order to keep growing in our professional lives. We agreed that the ultimate goal is to become a better version of ourselves every day – no matter where we are in our careers.
