Our network Agilium Worldwide – Executive Search group, which includes “Master Class Lithuania celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
To mark the occasion, representatives of the Group’s companies from 30 countries met in Vienna to share their experience in recruiting managers in their markets and to celebrate the anniversary.
At the event, we shared a lot of experiences with each other: what are the differences and similarities when looking for managers in, say, Germany, Austria or Brazil.
What we have noticed is that in all markets, whether it is Germany, Lithuania or Spain, there is a lack of experienced managers. Demand is high and supply is shallow.
“It is not surprising that we collaborate and look not only in the local market, but also through colleagues in the network when looking for managers. International searches help to broaden the pool of candidates, especially in new areas where there is less local expertise. This helps us to offer the client at least 3-5 suitable executives for the position from the selected candidates,” said Laura Duksaitė-Iškauskienė, Managing Partner of Master Class Lietuva.
