“LTG Cargo launches the search for an independent member of the Management Board
LTG Cargo, the LTG Group’s freight transport company, announces the selection of an independent member of the Board of Directors. Following the election of a new member of the Board, a new Chairman of the Board will be elected.
The selection is made in line with good corporate governance practices, following the resignation of the Chairman of the Board at the end of last year.

We hope that the new board member will continue to implement the company’s strategy and contribute with his experience to the achievement of the ambitious goals,” says Egidijus Lazauskas, CEO of LTG Group.
The new Board member will need to have an impeccable reputation, as well as international business development expertise, many years of leadership experience, practical knowledge of strategic planning and organisation transformation management, marketing and customer experience, and meet other requirements.

The selection of the Board member will be carried out by a panel consisting of a representative proposed by the head of the state-owned institution, three representatives of the parent state-owned company and one representative of the Public Enterprise Management Coordination Centre.
The full Board of LTG Cargo is composed of two members delegated by LTG, a civil servant member of the Board and two independent Board members. The current Board was elected in January 2023. All Board members will continue their term of office until 5 January 2027 inclusive.
