Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO announces the recruitment of a company director
LITEXPO, the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre, which has been operating for more than 50 years, is the main and the largest centre in the Baltic States for exhibitions and conferences, events of national importance and other events.
LITEXPO has the most modern exhibition and conference spaces, and attracts the largest exhibitions and international events in the Baltic region. It is the place where knowledge and ideas are exchanged, international cultural and scientific dialogues take place, business trends are shaped and important agreements are born. To achieve this ambition, we are looking for a driven, strategically-minded manager who is able to mobilise a team and develop the company’s activities.
Director(s)
All candidates must have the education, knowledge, professional skills and experience necessary to perform the duties of a director, and must meet the general, specific and value-based requirements, as well as the requirements set out in the legislation applicable to the Company. Additional competences and experience will be considered as an asset.
General requirements (mandatory):
- University degree or equivalent;
- Very good English language skills (written and oral);
- At least three (3) years’ and at least ten (10) years’ recent experience as a company director or senior manager.
Special requirements (assessed):
- Capacity and experience in developing and implementing corporate strategy;
- Operational, financial and risk management experience;
- Experience in driving innovation, digital products/services;
- Capacity to engage with stakeholders;
- Practical knowledge of corporate governance, knowledge of governance principles;
- Leadership skills;
- Motivating your management team effectively.
It will be considered an advantage (valued):
- Experience in organising exhibitions and events;
- Business development experience;
- Change management experience;
- Experience in international work.
Securities requirements (mandatory):
- Must be of impeccable repute;
- Must be free from any relationship with other natural or legal persons which, in the performance of his/her duties, could give rise to a conflict of interests;
- The right to hold the office applied for or to perform the functions assigned to that office must not be withdrawn or restricted;
- The candidate must not have been removed from a single-person or collegiate body of a legal person for misconduct within the last 5 years.
Reward
- Basic monthly salary from 6500EUR before tax . Annual bonuses (maximum 30% of annual salary).
