Lithuania is often imagined as a country of cheap labour, and while it is true that many of our compatriots go to work in Western countries for lower wages than the local population, this description is less and less appropriate for our country.
In fact, more and more foreigners see Lithuania as an attractive place to work, and their competences and skills could be very useful for companies facing a shortage of workers.
