“Lietuvos Paštas announces search for a Director General

Director-General
All candidates must have the education, knowledge, professional skills and experience necessary to perform the duties of the Chief Executive Officer, and must meet the general, specific and value-based requirements, as well as the requirements set out in the legislation applicable to the Company. Additional competences and experience will be considered as an asset.
General requirements (mandatory):
- University degree or equivalent;
- Very good English language skills (written and oral);
- At least five (5) years’ and at least ten (10) years’ recent experience as a company manager or as a manager at the highest level in a company or group of companies (minimum 250 employees).
Special requirements (assessed):
- Capacity and experience in developing and implementing company/group strategy;
- Knowing the principles of sustainability and putting them into practice;
- Experience in implementing organisational transformation, successful change management and organisation development;
- Operational, financial and risk management experience;
- Business development experience in foreign markets;
- Capacity to engage with stakeholders;
- Experience in fostering innovation, innovative technological processes and digital products;
- Practical knowledge of corporate governance, knowledge of governance principles;
- Motivating your management team effectively.
It will be considered an advantage (valued):
- Knowledge and experience in parcel logistics;
- Experience in developing e-commerce solutions;
- Leadership skills;
- Communicative, with the ability to express ideas clearly and present structured information.
Securities requirements (mandatory):
- Must be of impeccable repute;
- Must be free from any relationship with other natural or legal persons which, in the performance of his/her duties, could give rise to a conflict of interests;
- Opportunity to work with state secrets;
- The right to hold the office applied for or to perform the functions assigned to that office must not be withdrawn or restricted;
- The candidate must not have been removed from a single-person or collegiate body of a legal person for misconduct within the last 5 years.
Reward
- A basic monthly salary of EUR 8500 to EUR 10 000 before tax and a variable annual increment of up to a maximum of 4 (four) fixed salary units (FTE).
