Head of People and Culture
Job description:
- Planning the staffing needs of different companies, ensuring a smooth recruitment and selection process;
- Implementation and support of employee integration, performance appraisal, career planning, HR management systems/tools;
- Identifying, planning and implementing staff development needs;
- Designing and managing remuneration policies;
- Improving employee loyalty and engagement, strengthening the organisation’s culture;
- Implementing and managing change in your organisation;
- Executive coaching, support;
- Organising events for the team;
- Staff budget planning and control.
Expectations for candidates:
- At least 5 years’ experience in in-house HR management in developing and implementing different HR processes, working with a management team in a service or manufacturing company;
- Knowledge of business processes;
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating labour relations, experience in practical application of the LR LC;
- Knowledge of English.

- Flexibility, persistence in implementing change;
- Initiative, willingness to continuously improve.
Salary brackets (gross) EUR 4 700,00 – 7 000,00
