AB VIAMATIKA announces the recruitment of a company manager
About the company:
AB “VIAMATIKA” is the largest company in Lithuania providing laboratory testing, maintenance and certification services for construction products, with more than 30 years of experience. Company Manager
All candidates must have the education, knowledge, professional skills and experience necessary to perform the duties of a company director, and must meet the general, specific and value-based requirements, as well as the requirements set out in the legislation applicable to the Company. Additional competences and experience will be considered as an asset.
General requirements (mandatory):
- University degree or equivalent;
- At least five (5) years’ experience in a managerial or senior management role within the last ten (10) years;
- Knowledge of a foreign language – English, B2 level. Knowledge of another foreign language would be an advantage.
Special requirements (assessed):
- Ability to make decisions independently;
- Operational, financial, legal and risk management experience;
- Strategic thinking, business planning skills and results orientation;
- Leadership and motivation skills and experience;
- Experience in corporate strategy management, business development strategy, setting and implementing long-term and short-term objectives;
- Ability to analytically assess problems and present alternative solutions, anticipating the consequences of their implementation.
It will be considered an advantage (valued):
- Experience in a similar sector of the company’s operations.
Securities requirements (mandatory):
- Must be of impeccable repute;
- Must be free from any relationship with other natural or legal persons which, in the performance of his/her duties, could give rise to a conflict of interests;
- The right to hold the office applied for or to perform the functions assigned to that office must not be withdrawn or restricted;
- The candidate must not have been removed from a single-person or collegiate body of a legal person for misconduct within the last 5 years.
Reward
- Monthly salary from €3,700 to €5,550/month before tax (fixed and variable). There are also additional performance bonuses of up to 4 times the fixed part of the monthly salary.
