We are currently looking for a Group Finance Director
Position description:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the finance function across the Group.
- Ensuring effective management of cash flow, debt and equity capital and liquidity.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of the LTG Group’s strategic directions.
- Identify and manage financial, tax and operational risks, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Produce regular financial forecasts, scenarios and risk analysis for strategic decisions and investment planning.
- Collaborate with the management team and the Board to provide insights and solutions.
- Proactively engage with external partners and stakeholders.
Your competences and experience:
- Inspirational leadership, ability to develop and motivate a team.
- A university degree in finance, economics or related field.
- At least 8 years’ experience as a finance manager in a large company or group of companies.
- Experience in operations, financing strategies and risk management.
- Flexibility, openness and excellent stakeholder management skills across different interest groups.
- Critical acumen, ability to identify opportunities and overcome them.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (written and oral).

Salary: basic salary ranges from €9105 to €13655 before tax. Maximum annual incentive: 30% of the annual base salary, depending on performance.
